![]() ![]() Upon receipt, I had more admin work to do because then I needed to go in and revalidate and reconfirm info they already have, and then imitiate the process for them to ship replacement units back to me. ![]() And because they don’t send you a return label, I had to pay out of pocket to ship the broken products back to the company. I had to document all the serial numbers, take photos, initiate this over the phone process and then set up return numbers for both devices. You’d think processing a return would be simple. Obviously things didn’t work, and it took probably over 10 hours on the phone with tech support over a period of several weeks for us to test all the different components to determine that, yes in fact, the company did send me 2 defunct units. I bought 2 internet signal boosters… thinking it would be a relatively easy process to set up. This is the worst company I have ever done business with in my entire life. Exploitive thieves - broken products, zero customer support ![]()
